Clement (Bud) and
Charlotte Kroeker have been with BLF since its beginnings. Bud's parents, Abe and Mary Kroeker, founded the literature ministry of BLF in France in 1952. Later, in 1959, Bud and his father began printing and publishing in a large house in northern Brussels, Belgium. |

| Bud and Char claim Belgium as their home, having lived there for more than 40 years. They have six children (all born in Belgium) and 11 grandchildren. Bud is responsible for the technical operations, most of which include the computer systems of the plant. As part of the editorial team, Char's work has included adapting Sunday Schiool material for the European and African cultures. |
