Braintrim Baptist Church
Sunday morning & evening worship: Our services are designed to worship God the Father and equip each person to serve the Lord in their lives by following the example of Christ, who gave Himself on Calvary to purchase our redemption from sin. Each message is prepared carefully with prayer and deep Bible study that seeks to determine the mind of God as He gave us His Word.
Prayer meeting: Wednesday night Bible study and prayer. This is the most important meeting of the week. It is our time to be really practical and pray for one another.
Lady's work group: For missionary projects and activities.
Music: Adult choir, special music, bell choirs, and ensembles.
Athletics: Basketball and softball
Lady's class: This class is designed to encourage those ladies who desire to study the Word of God and encourage each other in their own special way.
Mixed adult class: This class is for those who desire to study the Word of God together as middle-aged husbands and wives. It is designed to encourage Christian growth in everyday life.
Young adult class: This class is for those who are beginning their lives as new partners and/or parents. The goal is to integrate the Word of God into those interpersonal relationships that are being developed in these years.
Men's class: This class is for those men who are comfortable being together as men in a Bible study that aids their Christian walk with Christ.
Sunday school: Both our Jr. and Sr. high school classes are designed to help the teen develop toward spiritual maturity in a Christ honoring way.
Youth Group Teens out-reaching for Christ's honor is the name of our Wednesday evening youth group. The goal is to challenge 7th through 12th graders to get to know Jesus better, through devotionals, service ministries, and games.
Special Activities: Each month there are many action-packed activities, which promote social interaction with peers, to help teens strengthen their walk with God. These are announced on a week to week basis. A regular activity is the Monthly Teen After-Glow, which takes place after the evening worship service on Sunday.
Camps And retreats: Special get-a-ways to have fun and reflect on each teen's relationship with God. The primary goal is to remove normal daily distractions to allow each teen to focus on spiritual growth.
Nursery: For our little ones from birth to 2 years. We provide supervision by caring competent adults during every service.
Sunday school: We have classes for each age group. Our teachers are dedicated to the teaching of Biblical truths and caring for the spiritual welfare of each child.
Awana Youth Ministries: An international, Bible-centered youth organization providing weekly club programs for 3 year olds through 6th grade. The acrostic AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are NotAshamed (2 Timothy 2:15).
Jr. church: We have developed a program unique for children 4 years to 4th grade during the morning worship hour. The child is learning about God on his own level and is being taught to worship and prepared to join the adults when he moves to the 5th grade.
DVBS: Daily Vacation Bible School is a creative week long ministry designed to reach children for the Lord through teaching discipleship, crafts, and games.
Jr. choir: Music is an important aspect of our lives. It is our goal to help our young people integrate Christian music into their lives.
Tot church: is a program intended for 2 and 3 year olds, which includes a brief lesson and a playtime. This give parents the freedom to worship during the morning service without the distractions of small children.
